This non-alcoholic red sangria makes for a great holiday party drink that can also be served with Christmas dinner. Instead of red wine, this cocktail calls for red grape juice. It also has cranberry juice, orange juice, fresh orange slices and cranberries, and some sparkling soda to top it off.

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 cups red grape juice

  • 2 cups cranberry juice

  • 1 cup orange juice

  • 3 cups sprite (or ginger ale or sparkling water)

  • 3 oranges (divided)

  • 1 cup fresh cranberries (+ more for garnish)

  • 6 cinnamon sticks, or rosemary sprigs (for garnish)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Slice 2 of your oranges, then cut each slice into four.

  2. Add orange slices, and cranberries to a large pitcher. Muddle the fruit together with a wooden spoon.

  3. Add grape juice, cranberry juice, and orange juice to the pitcher.

  4. Place in the fridge for a few hours up to overnight.

  5. When you're ready to serve, add sprite to the drink.

  6. Add an orange slice, and cinnamon stick to each cup. Then add ice and cranberries.

  7. Pour juice into each cup and serve.

Since most households will be celebrating a quieter than usual Christmas this year, this non-alcoholic cocktail is a treat the whole family can enjoy. For an alcoholic version of this fresh and festive sangria, simply swap out the red grape juice for a bottle of your fave red wine.
