"You Got This, Girl!" Sangria

This white wine sangria is delicious on its own, or ideal for lunch outdoors as you take in more intimate Canada Day celebrations this year.

This easy-breezy sangria calls for fresh peaches which are in season right now. It also calls for sweet mango juice ... Did you know that the mango fruit is a source of celebration among people from all social backgrounds? It is considered the king of fruit and a symbol of prosperity and happiness.


INGREDIENTS

  • a bottle of Pinot Grigio (Inniskillin Pinot Grigio is recommended, but any Pinot Grigio will do)

  • 1 cup of mango juice

  • 2 ripe peaches, pitted and cut into 8 wedges

  • 4 oz Grand Marnier

  • 1 orange sliced


DIRECTIONS

Mix everything together in a large pitcher with ice and serve.
